Day 166: Double Down

 





Today is day 166 of Nutrisystem 2.0 and it was a chilly morning ! I left the windows open in my bedroom all night and temps dropped into the 50's. As a result, I was not very enthused about getting out of my nice warm bed this morning ! Fortunately it warmed up quickly and by afternoon we were at a balmy 76 degrees !


Breakfast was 160 calorie waffles with sugar free syrup and an 80 calorie yogurt.

Today was all about getting back on track. I'm nearly 6 months into Nutrisystem 2.0 and I have made very little progress. I can't blame my job situation for it, as this is a recent development. I just haven't been serious about losing the weight and getting back to my former fitness level. I got lazy and I'm still lazy and I'm not fighting as hard as I know I can. I'm indulging myself with food again and it's not where I want to be.
